The Baytree Centre aims to meet the needs of the local community by offering a range of training opportunities, youth activities, mentoring, and support.
For those keen to improve or acquire basic skills, our training service offers courses in ESOL, Literacy, Numeracy and I.T. There is also a personal and social development programme, which aims to help beneficiaries to make the most of their training, as well as meet the challenges of every day life.
Creche places are available for those enrolled in a course, though places can be limited.
Baytree’s Youth Service has a wide range of activities, including dance, drama, Study Club, Science Club (organised by UCL), ESOL and the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. There is also an annual trip to the island of Jersey for senior girls.
